BREAKING: Suspect arrested after BRUTAL mob attack that left girl in critical condition

A suspect is now in custody after an absolutely brutal mob attack on a girl Friday night that left her in critical condition. I tried watching the video but it is just too graphic to watch.

The 15-year-old girl at the center of the attack has now been arrested by police.

Here’s more from KSDK:

A Hazelwood East High School student was critically injured and hospitalized following a fight that unfolded Friday at the intersection of Norgate and Claudine drives near campus, according to the St. Louis County Police Department.

The department said on Saturday, a 15-year-old suspect was arrested and is currently being held by St. Louis County Family Court on assault charges. The identity of the suspect will not be disclosed because they are a minor.

As of Sunday, the age of the victim remained unknown.

The incident, captured in a harrowing video that has since gone viral on social media, underscored the growing concern over teen violence in the area.

The fight on Friday prompted a swift response from the St. Louis County Police Department. Officers arrived at the scene to find a student with critical injuries and immediately transported her to a nearby hospital.

According to TPM, “Graphic video shows another female student picking up the girl’s head and repeatedly bashing her head into the concrete after throwing multiple punches. The victim’s body was left motionless on the ground. The girl on the ground then began to have a seizure as other students were seen gathered around and started fighting one another. The victim, who has been identified as a student named Kailee, was transported to the hospital and remains in critical condition, according to RealSTLNews.”

I should note that there are rumors going around that this young girl has died. That has NOT been confirmed and I can find nothing official that says it. As far as I know she is still alive in the hospital.

I’ll post the video below but BE WARNED that the video is EXTREMELY GRAPHIC and I would strongly advise you not to watch it:
