According to CNN this morning, Devin Kelley’s in-laws went to the Baptist church that he shot up yesterday, however they weren’t present at the time of the shooting:
The gunman in Sunday’s church mass shooting had in-laws who attended the church — but those in-laws were not present at the time of the massacre, Wilson County Sheriff Joe Tackitt told reporters.
The in-laws came to the church after hearing about the shooting Sunday. The attack in Sutherland Springs left 26 people dead, including the visiting pastor, Tackitt said.
“I think nearly everyone had some type of injury,” the sheriff said.
The AP suggests that they were his ‘former’ in-laws, just fyi:
BREAKING: Gunman's former in-laws 'from time to time' attended Texas church where shooting occurred, sheriff tells CNN.

Also reports are via CNN that Kelley was shot by a local resident before shooting himself:
The gunman who killed 26 people at a Texas church Sunday was shot by an armed resident before he shot himself, Wilson County Sheriff Joe Tackitt told CNN.
My assumption was that he killed himself while sitting in the car after hearing the interview with the man who gave chase to Kelley after the shooting. But apparently the man with the rifle got him first.
At the moment no actual motive has been revealed by the authorities yet.
UPDATE:
Turns out the Texas gunman did kill himself after being shot by the local resident:
