BREAKING: Texas leads 10 state coalition in LAWSUIT against Blackrock, State Street and Vanguard

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton revealed a few minutes ago that he is suing three of the biggest institutional investment companies, Blackrock, State Street and Vanguard for buying up stock in every coal company so that they can dictate the policies and drive up prices for consumers.

According to Paxton, ten other states have joined this lawsuit.

Here’s the announcement by Paxton:

Texas Sues BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard for Illegally Conspiring to Manipulate Energy Markets, Driving Up Costs For Consumers

Texas will not tolerate the illegal weaponization of the financial industry in service of a destructive, politicized ‘environmental’ agenda.

BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street formed a cartel to rig the coal market, artificially reduce the energy supply, and raise prices.

Their conspiracy has harmed American energy production and hurt consumers. This is a stunning violation of State and federal law.
