The GOP has just elected their new House Minority Leader and you’ll never guess who won…
BREAKING: House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy of California elected to lead Republican minority in next Congress.

With Speaker Ryan's retirement, and the Republicans losing control of the House speakership in the midterms, Rep. McCarthy has been elected minority leader, making him the top Republican in the House in the next Congress.

Ohio's @Jim_Jordan got 43 votes. McCarthy: 159. https://t.co/FbCrWDA4pY

Ok, you probably did guess it.
Of course McCarthy won. Establishment Republicans always seem to win these elections, especially those in leadership.
Hopefully McCarthy will be a thorn in Pelosi’s side and won’t kowtow to her running the show in Congress.
