It turns out that the terrorist who shot up an ROTC classroom at Old Dominion University, killing the instructor, got his gun from a dealer who was let off the hook by Joe Biden’s corrupt DOJ for straw purchasing guns.
They made him sign an apology letter instead of prosecuting him:
