The Supreme Court has officially rejected President Trump’s request to block the 11th circuit court decision to allow the DOJ to use classified materials for their investigation:

BREAKING: #SCOTUS has turned away Trump legal team’s effort to get Mar-a-Lago documents marked classified to Special Master for review, along with other seized documents.

DOJ had argued lower court order carving out those documents from Special Master review should be left in place.

I was hoping for a dissent on this order, but I’m guessing that they all agreed not to take up the case.
Doesn’t really surprise me, as I wasn’t really expecting the high court to intervene.
