Well I’ve got more good news in the case of Zachary Greenberg, the thug who sucker punched Hayden Williams, the Turning Point recruiter on the campus of Berkeley.
Looks like they are throwing the book at him with three felonies and one misdemeanor:

I know it’s California, but I’m crossing my fingers that this ahole will actually serve some time for this in the slammer. After all, he deserves it.
