President Trump is now appealing to the Supreme Court to override the decision by the 11th circuit to allow the DOJ to continue to use the classified material they seized from Mar-a-Lago in their investigation:

The federal district court had stopped the DOJ from using the classified information pending the special master’s review.
But the 11th circuit put a stay on that decision.
Now Trump is appealing to the high court to “vacate the Eleventh Circuit’s stay of an order issued by the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.”
We’ll of course let you know how this turns out when the Supreme Court decides…
