BREAKING: Trump attorney Jenna Ellis tests positive for the coronavirus

Trump attorney Jenna Ellis, who is challenging the election results in courts and legislatures around the country, has just tested positive for the coronavirus:

THE HILL – Jenna Ellis, a legal adviser to the Trump campaign and one of the attorneys leading the president’s efforts to overturn the election results, has tested positive for coronavirus, a source confirmed Tuesday.

Axios first reported that Ellis had contracted the virus and that White House officials had been informed of her diagnosis after she attended a holiday party there last Friday. Ellis posted a photo from the party on her Instagram page.

ABC and CNN later confirmed that Ellis had contracted the virus.

Ellis did not respond to a request for comment, nor did the Trump campaign. She was a guest on Fox Business Network earlier Tuesday, but she filmed the hit from her home.

Ellis has been in close contact with Giuliani throughout their election challenges, who tested positive over the weekend.

There is no report yet as to whether she has symptoms or is asymptomatic. We hope that if she does suffer symptoms, they are mild and she recovers quickly.

What this means for the continuing of their election cases in court, I do not know.
