The Trump campaign has just announced that they will seek a full recount of all Wisconsin votes:
Trump’s campaign manager writes:
Despite ridiculous public polling used as a voter suppression tactic, Wisconsin has been a razor thin race as we always knew it would be. There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results. The President is well within the threshold to requested a recount and we will immediately do so.
According to Ballotpedia, a recount can be requested if the margin is “1% in a race with more than 4,000 votes.”
As it stands, the counting in Wisconsin is over and Trump is well within the margin of 1%:
