Former President Trump just created an ad bashing Governor DeSantis and praising Charlie Crist.
Trump once again trots out this line that Florida was great before DeSantis and has to praise Crist to make this stupid argument.

The whole reason Trump is pushing this absurdity is because he can’t say DeSantis is doing a bad job, because it’s not true. Also Trump voted for DeSantis just a few months ago. How would that look on him if he criticized DeSantis just a few months after voting for him?
Trump has to hit it from the other extreme and that leaves him praising the despicable Charlie Crist.
This just shows how desperate Trump is to try and keep DeSantis from running against him. It’s clear that Trump is worried that DeSantis could win the primary and he’d never win the presidency again if that were to happen.
