Earlier today we told you about the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals staying a ruling by a lower court that wanted to force Trump’s attorney to violate attorney/client privlege and testify against Trump on the classified documents case.
Both sides were given until this morning to respond to the case and the Court of Appeals has just given it’s verdict, and it’s not in Trump’s favor:

They court ruled against Trump and lifted the stay it put on the lower court’s ruling yesterday.
This will force Trump attorney Evan Corcoran to testify against Trump using a “crime-fraud” exception in the case.
Now I assume Team Trump will appeal this to the Supreme Court given the nature of what’s at stake here, attorney/client privilege. Hopefully they will give the case a hearing and shoot down this terrible ruling.
