President Trump just revealed to Fox News that he wants to make Venezuela part of the United States, according to Bill Melugin.
He writes:

Well that would certainly a massive turn around of Venezuela if he was able to accomplish this. I am not sure of the process to make a foreign country a state – I would assume he’d need the Senate and possibly the House to sign off on it.
