Trump’s pollster Tony Fabrizio had just sent a confidential memo to the Trump campaign about what to expect in polling now that Biden has dropped out and Kamala appears to be the likely nominee.
In short, Fabrizio points out that she will get a bump in the polls from both the media’s positive coverage of her and the DNC, and the media will claim that the race has changed because of this. But the Trump pollster says her bump will disappear when the race calms back down because fundamentals of the race are still the same.
In other words, don’t believe the media hype about Kamala’s polling.
