Nancy Pelosi made her ‘big’ announcement, saying that the investigations that her committees are already doing will now be under the umbrella of an ‘impeachment inquiry’:

In other words, an impeachment witch hunt has officially begun. Even though Democrats haven’t seen the biggest piece of evidence yet, the transcript, which is to be released tomorrow.
Trump quickly responded to Pelosi’s announcement, calling them out for “breaking news witch hunt garbage” and the fact that they haven’t even seen the transcript of the call:
Such an important day at the United Nations, so much work and so much success, and the Democrats purposely had to ruin and demean it with more breaking news Witch Hunt garbage. So bad for our Country!

Pelosi, Nadler, Schiff and, of course, Maxine Waters! Can you believe this?

They never even saw the transcript of the call. A total Witch Hunt!

PRESIDENTIAL HARASSMENT!

One thing that’s interesting in all of this is that Pelosi didn’t schedule a vote in the full House to begin impeachment proceedings, which probably means too many Democrats still aren’t on board, like Tulsi Gabbard:

Levin says nothing has changed:
Formal impeachment inquiry? Wait a minute, Pelosi didn’t require the full House to vote (she continues to protect her moderates); she simply proclaimed this is a formal inquiry. But nothing has changed.
