President Trump announced this evening that Iran has now allowed an American Citizen who was being held in the country to leave and head back to America, calling it a gesture of goodwill.

Iran has allowed an American Citizen, who was wrongfully detained in December of 2024 under the “presidency” of Sleepy Joe Biden, to leave the Country. She is now safely outside of Iran, and in good condition.

Breaking News: After being trapped in Iran since December 2024 and facing charges of espionage and collaboration with a hostile state, Dena Karari, a dual American and Iranian citizen, is free and out of Iran and on her way back to the United States, said Jared Genser, her lawyer in the United States. She was banned from leaving Iran after visiting her family in Shiraz, and was repeatedly interrogated but not detained, said Genser.
President Trump said in a social media post that the United States appreciated the gesture of goodwill.

Glad President Trump got something else from Iran, but I doubt very seriously it means Iran is going to capitulate. Only that they want the bombing to stop.
