Trump has reportedly now signed the crappy border bill that both Republicans and Democrats gave him:
White House @PressSec says that President Trump has signed the spending bill ...... His next public event is a 4pm departure from the White House. In an hour and a half, he'll be Florida-bound.

I was hoping this morning that Trump would announce he was declaring a national emergency but not signing the crappy border bill, but it was clear after that rambling press conference that went way too long that it was gonna happen. And now it has.
People are speculating that something in the bill will stop Trump from building the wall, but I’ve also read that Trump asked his White House attorneys about it and they said there’s nothing in the bill that would do that.
Also California announced that it was suing over the National Emergency. Of course.
