Activists have just blocked ICE agents in a garage in New York City as they appear to be preparing for an operation nearby in Manhattan.

Two things. First, arrest every one of these fools if they are impeding federal law enforcement.
But also, I notice these ICE agents have no masks. Could it be that they are decoys? I mean, that’s what I would do if I knew these a-holes were trying to follow my operations.
