At least ten leftist activists have already been arrested this morning at the Chicago-area ICE facility while DHS Secretary Kristi Noem is present.
She can be seen standing on top of the building, surrounded by ICE agents.
Fox News also reports that today is the first time that State and Local law enforcement has assisted DHS personnel with crowd control.
