CNN is actually touting the cheaper Labor Day gas prices under President Trump, saying they are the cheapest since 2020.

Trump has been touting the same and if we’re talking averages, Trump is absolutely right. But I haven’t been all that impressed because our gas prices have been under $3 for most of the year. I’ve been consistently paying between $2.80-$3.00 for the last seven months, waiting for them to drop closer to $2.50. I’m impatient, I guess, but I really want to see them go lower to take some strain off my wallet.
In any event, it is very nice to see the averages go down and I am certain that they will continue to go down, just as they did when Trump was first president.
