Education Secretary Linda McMahon just announced that she’s launching a big investigation into the Maine education department for violating federal law with respect to transgenderism.
Specifically, McMahon reveals Maine school districts have reportedly violated FERPA, saying the schools there are reported to have created “gender plans” to support children’s transgender identity, and even worse they hide it from the parents.
“That is unacceptable and unlawful if true.”
