NBC News analyst Steve Kornacki explained to viewers tonight that mail-in ballots will be coming in for days in the Los Angeles mayoral race, and they probably won’t benefit Spencer Pratt.

As it stands right now, Pratt is firmly in second place with 50% of the vote in, meaning he’s headed for a run-off with Bass who is in first place:
