President Trump announced this morning that he’s trying to get Bagram Air Base back after Joe Biden gave it away during his horrendous Afghanistan withdrawal, and explained why, pointing directly to China.
Here’s what he said:
I’m glad to hear Trump is trying to get this back. The fact that Biden gave away so much American technology and resources to terrorists was appalling, but the fact that it included this air base was even worse. I’m certainly no expert on this, but its location was of great strategic importance to the US and I hope Trump gets it back.
