It’s just being reported by Fox News that President Trump is weighing an effort to push for regime change in Cuba and, to that end, is considering a naval blockade of Cuban oil.

Regime change in Cuba would be huge and I guarantee you this push would have everything to do with Russia and Cuba, to keep them from keeping a foothold in our hemisphere. China’s irate reaction to the news tells us quite a lot, especially considering there isn’t even a blockade yet.
