Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy has just revealed a startling fact about the state of New York when it comes to issuing Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDLs), which is that they are the worst state in the country, with OVER HALF of their CDLs being granted illegally.

In 30 days, he’s going to pull as much funding as he can from the state if they don’t come into compliance.
