Spencer Pratt just dropped a video full of truth bombs and declared war on the new mayor and the city council.
The video is fantastic, but the most notable thing he said was: “So Karen, Nithia, ask yourself: is it possible that one of your employees may have a recording of you doing or saying something that would force you to resign and disgrace?”
