Border Czar Tom Homan said this morning in a press conference that he’s working on plans to draw down the number of ICE and Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis after state officials have agreed to give ICE access to county jails.
He said in the presser (not below) that AG Ellison agreed to have county jails cooperate with ICE.
