The White House just confirmed that President Trump will implement tariffs on three companies tomorrow, including Canada, Mexico and China.
White House spox Karoline Leavitt said Trump set the deadlines several weeks ago for these tariffs to begin on February 1st and they will indeed begin tomorrow.
There will be a 25% tariff on both Canada and Mexico and a 10% tariff on China. All of this because of “the illegal fentanyl they have sourced and allowed to distribute into our country which has killed tens of millions of Americans.”
