White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt made clear that the collection of tolls from ships is not part of the agreement for the Strait of Hormuz, that President Trump wants the safe and free passage of ships through the strait without limitation.
But she said it is something the president has floated and will be discussed in the future.
