Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman has now been removed from the National Security Council, as is reported below:

Zaid would know, and it sounds like he’s going to sue on the grounds that this was unlawful retaliation.
As we reported earlier, the White House NSC says they are downsizing because the NSC has gotten too big, from 100 people in the Bush administration to 250 under Obama.
