The White House has officially explained, via their deputy spokesperson, why Joe Biden stumbled multiple times and fell on the stairs today going up to Air Force One:

She told reporters aboard Air Force One:

The wind blew him over?? That’s their excuse for his stumble???
That’s not even a good one. They could have easily said that he was going too fast and fell – that would have been more believable. To suggest that the wind blew him over or caused him to fall is just silly. The worst winds in DC this morning were only around 20 mph, and if he can’t climb a flight of stairs without falling in that small a gust, he shouldn’t be outside at all.
