It was reported today that Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was forced to leave a restaurant on Wednesday night by baby-murder activists:

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh had to leave by a back door at a Washington, D.C., restaurant when pro-abortion protesters showed up while he was eating, Politico reported.
The incident at Morton’s The Steakhouse occurred Wednesday night and was confirmed by the news outlet.
The restaurant chain issued this statement to Politico: “Honorable Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh and all of our other patrons at the restaurant were unduly harassed by unruly protesters while eating dinner at our Morton’s restaurant.
“Politics, regardless of your side or views, should not trample the freedom at play of the right to congregate and eat dinner. There is a time and place for everything. Disturbing the dinner of all of our customers was an act of selfishness and void of decency.”
The court had no official comment about the incident according to Politico.
The White House was asked about this today and they basically sanctioned it, talking out of both sides of their mouths on the issue.

Peter Doocy went rounds with Karine on the issue, essentially asking her where the White House draws the line here. While Karine claimed that Biden fully condemns any violence and intimidation, she plainly said protesters have a right to protest at these justices homes and places they eat.
When Doocy asked if people have a right to privacy, she agreed but suggested that the right to protest is more important.
At the end of the day, it’s clear the White House is sanctioning activists to make these Supreme Court justices uncomfortable as long as they do it ‘peacefully’.
This is bullcrap for a couple of reasons. First of all, as the Marshal of the Supreme Court stated recently in her request for state officials to stop the protesting at the homes of the justices, there are state and local laws that “prohibit picketing outside of the homes of Supreme Court Justices”.
Secondly, by sanctioning angry activist to go to the homes and restaurants of Supreme Court justices, the White House is opening the door to violence and intimidation they claim they condemn and they know it. There has already been an assassination attempt on Kavanaugh’s life, but this White House refuses to say anything significant about it and still calls on activists to go to their homes and protest.
Karine claims “this is democracy”, but that’s wrong. What we’re seeing from these activists is more akin to mob rule than anything else. Their presence at the homes of these Supreme Court justices is intimidation in of itself, which is why it’s illegal.
This White House continually disgusts me and I’m sure you as well. Maybe a bunch of protesters should show up at Joe Biden’s beach vacation this weekend and let’s see how he feels about that. My guess is they won’t be allowed to stand outside his vacation house and protest.
