Capitol Police say they are NOT charging anyone in gay sex video incident in a Senate hearing room

The US Capitol Police say they are not charging anyone in the incident at which a Senate staffer had gay sex in a hearing room.

They say the suspects have been uncooperative and the Senate staffer has asserted his fifth amendment rights.

Thus the elements of a crime have not been met and they are unable to move forward with the case.
