Lindsey Graham said that Trump is correct to identify China as unfairly skewing the market, but said that using tariffs as a solution only hurts the economy.

Graham makes a pretty good argument, and seems to thread the needle between those who criticize tariffs and those who see China abusing the free market system. I hope Trump listens, but unfortunately he doesn’t seem to care much for anything Graham says. In this case he seems to be right.
