Chris Matthews: Sarah Palin is a Fascist

I’m not sure where to begin with this clip. Matthews starts out by asking “Is she a balloon head” in reference to Palin suggesting that Obama may be re-elected if he declared war on Iran to protect us and our allies, including Israel. Chris Matthews really has trouble getting over this statement. Then they go down the road of accusing Palin of preaching secession while campaigning for Rick Perry in Texas, which is absolutely not true.

But then the real olby-esque comment is made at the end when Matthews declares:

Huey Long wasn’t the most sane guy in the world…but he once said that when fascism comes to America it will call itself anti-fascism.

  1. Why is Sarah Palin supporting Sen. McCain campaign after he just introduced, S.3081, The “Enemy Belligerent Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010” possibly the most Tyrannical Bill in Modern U.S. History?

How might Americans respond should Government use this bill to take away their loved ones, family members and friends on mere suspicion? McCain’s bill has the potential of spawning domestic terrorism in the United States.

On March 4, 2010, Sen. John McCain introduced S. 3081, The “Enemy Belligerent Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010.”

Under S.3081, an “individual” need only be Suspected by Government of “suspicious activity” or “supporting hostilities” to be dragged off and held indefinitely in Military Custody. Government will have the power to detain and interrogate any individual without probable cause. Government need only allege an individual kept in detention, is an Unprivileged Enemy Belligerent suspected of; having engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners; or has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners. How could one prove to Government they did not purposely do something? “Materially Supporting Hostilities” against the United States could include any person or group that spoke out or demonstrated disapproval against an agency of U.S. Government. It is foreseeable many Americans might go underground to Resist Government Tyranny. Definition for Unprivileged Enemy Belligerent: (Anyone Subject to a Military Commission)

At least under the Patriot Act, law enforcement generally needed probable cause to detain a person indefinitely. Passage of S.3081 will permit government to use mere suspicion to curtail an individual’s Constitutional Protections against unlawful arrest, detention and interrogation without benefit of legal counsel and trial. According to S.3081 Government is not required to provide detained individuals U.S. Miranda Warnings or even an attorney.

Similar to fascist laws in other countries, S.3081 if passed will frighten Americans from speaking out. S.3081 is so broadly written, it appears any “individual” who writes on the Internet or verbally express an opinion against or an entity of U.S. Government or its coalition partners might be detained on the basis he or she is an “unprivileged enemy belligerent”, “supporting hostilities against U.S. Government.”

See McCain Senate bill S.3081 at:

FYI: below is enclosed a copy of “Hitler’s Discriminatory Decrees signed February 28, 1933.” Although the Nazi Decrees are written differently than S.3081 they bring America to the same place trashing free speech and personal liberty. Note how the Nazi Government similar to U.S. S.3081 has in Section (1) and (4) suspended personal liberty and shutdown Free Speech, to intimidate Citizens speaking out against Government:

    See Section 1
“Sections 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 124, and 153 of the Constitution of the German Reich are suspended until further notice. Thus, restrictions on personal liberty, on the right of free expression of opinion, including freedom of the press, on the right of assembly and the right of association, and violations of the privacy of postal, telegraphic, and telephonic communications, and warrants for house-searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed.”

Similar to McCain’s S. 3081, but using different wording the Nazi Government in Section (4) see below, suspended Constitutional rights, ordered the arrest of Citizens for any Act that might incite or provoke disobedience against state authorities. McCain’s S. 3081 instead mentions detaining and prosecuting Individuals for “supporting hostilities” against U.S. Government. S.3081 is so broadly written anti-war protesters Tea Party Groups might be arrested and detained just for attending demonstrations.

    See Section 4
Whoever provokes, or appeals for or incites to the disobedience of the orders given out by the supreme state authorities or the authorities subject to then for the execution of this decree, or the orders given by the Reich Government according to Section 2, is punishable—insofar as the deed, is not covered by the decree with more severe punishment and with imprisonment of not less that one month, or with a fine from 150 up to 15,000 Reichsmarks.

McCain’s S.3081 mentions “non-violent acts” supporting terrorism in the U.S. and or emanating from America against a foreign government or “U.S. ally.” “Non-violent terrorist acts” are covered in the Patriot Act to prosecute Persons that support “coercion to influence a government or intimidation to affect a civilian population.” However U.S. activists and individuals under S.3081 would be much more vulnerable to prosecution, if (charged with suspicion) of “intentionally providing support to an Act of Terrorism”, for example American activists cannot control what other activists might do illegally they network with domestically or overseas. Under the Patriot Act, law enforcement generally needs probable cause to detain or prosecute someone. But under S.3081, law enforcement and the military can too easily use “hearsay” or informants to allege “suspicious activity” to detain an individual. It is problematic under S.3081 that detained individuals in the U.S. not involved in terrorism or hostile activities, not given Miranda Warnings or allowed legal counsel will be prosecuted for ordinary crimes because of their alleged admissions while in military custody.

Historically” it is foreseeable under S.3081 erroneous informant information will be used under S.3081 to detain innocent Individuals. Other governments have used lying informants to imprison and execute political opposition.

Notably, McCain’s S.3081 mandates merging Federal, State and local police and subsequently the U.S. Military to detain and hold Individuals in the U.S., even without probable cause. Interestingly a Rand Report prepared for the Army, recently made public, appears to suggest that U.S. Government develop a Local, State and Federal U.S. “National Police Stabilization Force (merging) State law enforcement with the Feds. What could happen to State Rights and what Laws and Jurisdiction would be used to prosecute state Citizens arrested by a National Police Stabilization Force? A National Police Force could potentially be sent by the President into any State with the approval of its governor, against the wishes of its Citizens? To clarify the Rand Corporation report visit:
    http://www.wnd.com/index.php

It should be expected under S.3081 that government would use an individual’s phone call and email information to allege without probable cause “suspicious or hostile activity against the United States.” It does not appear U.S. Government will stop wiretapping Citizens' electronic communications.

Just recently Pres. Obama's signed Executive Order EO 12425 that put INTERPOL above the United States Constitution. Obama’s Executive Order authorized INTERPOL to act within the United States without being subject to 4th Amendment Search and Seizure laws. It would appear INTERPOL may now tap American phones and emails without a warrant. And that U.S. Police can use INTERPOL to circumvent the Fourth Amendment to arrest Americans and or forfeit their property by bringing INTERPOL into a criminal or civil investigation. Government can too easily take an innocent person’s hastily written email, fax or phone call out of context to allege “suspicious activity” or that a crime or violation was committed to cause an arrest or Civil Asset Forfeiture.

DECREE OF THE REICH PRESIDENT FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE PEOPLE AND STATE

Note: Based on translations by State Department, National Socialism, 1942 PP. 215-17, and Pollak, J.K., and Heneman, H.J., The Hitler Decrees, (1934), pp. 10-11.7

    Section 5

    Reich President
    Reich Chancellor
    Reich Minister of the Interior
    Reich Minister of Justice

  2. I am a Red Blooded Texas Republican but Chris Matthews is correct. Palin is an empty-dimwitted-bubble head.

Sarah Palin was introduced by Tom Tancredo at the Tea Party Convention. In his speech he called for “civics and literacy tests” for voters who elected a “socialist.” In her Tea Party speech, Palin referenced the Constitution on numerous occasions but it is clear she has not read it.

Had Palin known basic third grade civics, she would have know that in the constitution clearly states that only congress shal declare war.

Last Sunday in Houston Texas, Palin called for Texas to secede from the union. She garnered a “large” crowd of 8000 supporters. Houston has 4 million people. 8000/4 million= 0.000002 (*100) = 0.0002 percent of Houston's population.

Seccession from the USA means that the newly formed country would lose countless military bases, billions of dollars in military contracts (Boeing, BAE Systems, GE, Lockheed Martin). Texas' world class medical centers and world renoun institutions such as the MD Anderson Cancer Center. Texas would lose state funded universities (UT, Texas A & M, Texas Tech) and football….ok I digress. There would be no FDA to limit bad drugs from pummeling the market. There would be no immigration enforcement causing an influx of illegal alliens. Corporations and big oil companies would have to close shop and relocate to states that remain in the union. Drilling would cease off shore causing a loss in millions of jobs. The FBI, DEA, Homeland Security Department, ICE, TSA and other law enforcement agencies would cease to exist, cause high crime rates. There would be no Fedeeral Aviation Administration to regulate flights and prevent air traffic accidents. That also would create an open border for Bil Laden and other terroroists an open door to the US.

Corporations would relocate to states in the union, or face exorbitant import and excise taxes, as well as regulations to export goods and services to union states. Job losses would be massive, causing a wave migration of former Texans to neighbouring states, thereby overburdening their services.

And what might we call the leader of this new banana republic: El Presidate Rick Perry?

  4. “Huey Long wasn’t the most sane guy in the world…but he once said that when fascism comes to America it will call itself anti-fascism.”

My US history teacher in high school warn me about Huey “king fish” Long. It's the only thing I ever really remembered, though I'd admit I never really put the whole progressive movement in the prospective I do today.

There are so many faces to progressives it is hard to grasp the scope of how ingrained it is… This man can quote a near dictator of our republic and not one radio or television personality makes any mention of it.

I fear this whole situation will get far worse before it gets better. We are repeating history over and over again.

  5. I agree with Palin on one thing if nothing else. There's no point in letting these left clowns get to us. They wanna misconstrue…let them. They're just discrediting themselves more and more all the time. Everyone I know who voted for Obama really wishes they hadn't now and I believe this not only to be a great conservative age for this country after 20 years worth of progressive administrations pushing for a New World Order, but an age of enlightenment overall. More and more people are waking up as we speak. We have got to put the pedal to the metal and spread the light of truth. Let's get out there and flip some more switches.

  6. “I think anyone with good ears could tell she was playing on words there.”

I suspect anyone with a grade 7 education or more could tell… so I have no idea what Chris was getting at.

Last I checked, the states came together to form something greater than the sum of their parts, not the other way around…

The fed gov is waaaay out of control. Too many gov employees, too much power. 50,000 people need to be let go to pursue something beneficial for their country in the free marketplace, instead of 70K per year in a cubicle.

Each state must have first say on policies for the people in their own state.

  7. Matthews is clearly misconstruing what Palin said. I watched the Fox interview and she was not advocating an attack on Iran, she was implying that if the President did authorize a war then the people would feel obligated to back him in that time of war, thus making his re-election more likely. Obviously, Obama wouldn' t be the first Progressive president to advocate for war; Wilson and FDR both did, which apparently Matthews is ignoring, knowing most of his ignorant audience is unaware of. Her right hand raised in an oath style was recognizing that Israel is our ally; apparently something that Matthews has a problem with. Regarding the Texas “secession” comment, I think anyone with good ears could tell she was playing on words there. Her last comment (in this video anyway) went from Texas secession to Texas was “succeeding” refering to their state budget in comparison to the Federal budget.

I think this only provides further evidence that Matthews and the left are scared of Palin and desperate enough that they will cast aspersions anyway they can because they know there braindead followers don't know better.

  8. Listening to Matthews talk has always made me wanna vommit. I kid you guys not. That last quote was a good point, but not really so much for Palin as much as it was for Obama's case. Obama keeps pushing fascist agendas but saying they're not. Here's a saddening statistic. 87% of people in the world (not just America) get their information SOLELY from MSM (Fox News is included when I say MSM). On other words, people are watching TV and taking the information for face value. Being a veteran who spent 2 years in Iraq, I can tell you that Iraq WASN'T a REAL war. It was more just kind of a “peacekeeping” or “anti-terror support” operation or whatever you wanna call it. Americans have ALWAYS been GREAT at war. We've gotten lots of practice since we first started up as a nation. If we were given the proper grounds to declare war with Iran, then I think it would be NO CONTEST. As long as Obama doesn't succeed in his massive disarming treaty plans with Russia, then we can and SHOULD declare war with Iran. Freakin liberal goofballs. I bet you still think that placing a flower in the barrel of a rifle is going to keep the shooter from pulling the trigger, eh? Gimme a break.

  9. First of all. McKinnen is a McJERK! Now I know why Palin had such a tough time in the campaign. What a weasily slime-ball. I want to take a bath after watching his little clip.

Second, Chris and his Soft-balls needs to actually listen to the clips before he comments on them. He criticises Sarah Palin for infirring that Texas wanted to secede and she clearly says the opposite then says that Texas is “Succeeding!” He is a moron (which is why no-one watches his show anymore.)

Finally. Chris Matthews reminds me of the Rolling Stones or Bruce Springsteen. They may be the WORST musicians in the history of the planet, yet they make millions and everyone says how “great” they are. Chris Matthews is an idiot and nobody has told him yet that the emperor has no clothes.

  10. Consider the source: Tingles is just another angry whacked out libtard with a ever decreasing audience.

  11. Sometimes Palin struggles with articulating her thoughts, but not in these clips, and that's great.

Chris, there are numerous people that want Christians (or whites in general) dead, ASAP. They're not in America (who by the way, is ALREADY at war. News flash for ya, Chris).

This the most disturbing thing I've seen on the 'net:

A 12-year old muslim beheading another muslim. You won't believe your eyes.

    http://www.truthtube.tv/play.php?vid=2008

So Chris, go ahead and extend that olive branch, and say good-bye to your hand too. You see, the difference in how life is valued is quite different depending on where you live on the planet. And has been for thousands of years.

My point: While I'm not religious, I suspect the most hard-core Christians in North America wouldn't ever think it's A-OK for 12-year-olds to behead others.

  12. Birth of a nation???? Really Chris? Good grief, and to think I used to like to listen to Matthews to get his pov from the dangling over the cliff far left. He and Uberdork are plainly in a complete freefall.
