A Muslim mob beat a Christian student named Deborah to a pulp in Nigeria before setting her body on fire.
They did this after claiming she blasphemed their prophet Muhammad:
DAILY POST – A female student of the Shehu Shagari College of Education in Sokoto State was on Thursday burnt alive over an alleged comment against Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).
DAILY POST gathered that the incident, which triggered tension in the school environment, occurred on Thursday morning.
The student, identified simply as Deborah, was, according to reports, beaten to a pulp before she was set ablaze.
In a video trending on social media, some young men were seen hurling stones at the victim.
When the victim fell to the ground unconsciously, the attackers gathered tyres around her before she was set ablaze.
I’m not even going to look for the video of this because it’s absolutely horrific and evil.

Deborah Yakubu, a student of the college lost her life on the campus as kasala burst in the morning.
There is now heavy security at the school and both the government plus the school authority have ordered students to go home sake of the incident.
A Sokoto based journalist told BBC Pidgin that the incident broke out after a voice note from Deborah dropped on a whatsapp group.
“The voice note allegedly containing ‘blasphemy’ word against the holy prophet for Quran has gone viral.” The journalist said.
It’s not clear exactly what she said or shared for the voice note.
The matter has become a viral conversation with outrage and reaction across Nigeria.
Sokoto State is in the far northwest portion of Nigeria where Islam is dominant.
This is outrageous, but I suspect nothing much will be done to these Muslim students who perpetrated this brutal, merciless killing. If Sokoto State in Nigeria is anything like Palestine, they’ll probably be honored.
Meanwhile, I suspect that Deborah is truly being honored in Heaven after suffering such horrific persecution in the name of Christ.
