Chuck Schumer just erased first black Supreme Court justice from history to praise Joe Biden

In a rush to praise Joe Biden for declaring he’d nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court, Chuck Schumer just erased the first black Supreme Court justice from history on the Senate floor:

Thurgood Marshall, the court’s first black justice, was confirmed to the bench in 1967 and was there until 1991.

But according to Schumer, either Marshall didn’t exist or he was WHITE! Because in 1981 the court was ALL WHITE MEN.

Seriously, he wanted it to be all white men so bad that he just revised history.

I bet Schumer’s staffers who wrote his speech were sitting there clutching their faces as he completely botched their speech.
