Chuck Todd gets HUMILIATED by former Trump attorney Joe Tacopino: ‘It doesn’t belong in a court of law’

Former Trump attorney Joe Tacopina isn’t a political demagogue or even activist type. He’s a lawyer. So you better believe he’s said things that the Trump base won’t love — including calling Trump’s Truth Social post the other day “ill-advised.”

I add that background because it’s useful to see how rabid the MSM is, that it doesn’t matter if he’s not an activist or says things they say, he’s not backing the political persecution and prosecution so he must be destroyed.

And lately MSNBC’s dishwater pundit Chuck Todd got some minor lathering by the left for his angry unhinged interviews in which he unprofessionally loses his mind at Republicans, so he’s running with that as his new identity. NBC’s ratings aspire to the level of “in the toilet” so this is his play.

And so we come to this interview from today. I like the Newsbusters description:

On Sunday’s Meet the Press, moderator Chuck Todd used the opening segment of the program to argue with former President Donald Trump’s lawyer Joe Tacopina. No matter how many times he explained to Todd how campaign law works, he continued to insist the political prosecution of the former President by a radical Soros-backed prosecutor needed to be litigated in court.

After Tacopina explained the entire case to Todd and gave his defensive argument, Todd acknowledged how “it sounds like you have a defense ready to go.” This led Tacopina to respond “I’m ready.”

Instead of leaving it there, Todd returned to his partisan line of questioning: “if you’re a prosecutor, you know, you’re making these claims. Great. Show us your proof of it. It seems like there’s enough at dispute here that actually this belongs in a court of law to resolve this.”

Tacopina bluntly told the Democrat activist Todd “of course, it doesn’t belong in a court of law, Chuck.”

A feeble and embarrassing effort for Todd but the responses from Tacopina are incredibly instructive. And like Trump said last night, most people see right through all this, they see it for what it is.

And Todd putting on his dancing monkey hat? That only shows it even more.
