Trump’s newest lackey Paul Manafort made an absurd accusation that Ted Cruz had been using “gestapo tactics” in persuading delegates to jump on Team Ted. It was such a shockingly stupid thing to say that even F. Chuck Todd was surprised.

I don’t know if Manafort is known for saying dumb stuff, or if he’s just adopted it from being close to Trump, but this is absolutely ridiculous. He offered no examples, and in fact just threatened legal action without any evidence of what he was talking about. More idiocy from the Trump campaign.
