Apparently Big Chief Elizabeth Warren just isn’t the Democratic rock stare she’d hoped to be at this point and I’m guessing her copycat Ocasio-style live stream didn’t help.
The CNN analyst points out that even in Warren’s own state of Massachusetts, she’s polling 3rd or 4th below other Democrats and that should be a warning sign for her.
In a national poll she’s even further down the list.
He explains that perhaps Warren is too progressive for Massachusetts voters. But I think it’s also likely that voters both in Mass and nationally have now seen just how awkward and clunky Warren’s been with attempts to fix problems before a presidential run. And how much of a liability she could be to the party.
Just a few years ago Democrats were screaming Warren’s name as an alternative to Hillary. My how times have changed.
