CNN is just the gutter for news.
As many of you saw today, Orrin Hatch told some loud mouth yelly anti-Kavanaugh protesters to “grow up” as he entered an elevator today. It was awesome! …Well not to Chris Cuomo and ‘D Lemon’. To them it was another example of an “old white man” who doesn’t “get it”, ignoring the democratic pleas of protesters begging to be heard. Or something.
They even compared these protesters to civil rights protesters, Vietnam protesters, Iraq war protesters, and some other ridiculous examples.

“D Lemon” actually said “shame on those lawmakers for speaking to those women like that!”, referring to Hatch, of course.
When Cuomo suggested that Hatch might argue “there’s a way to do it and that wasn’t the right way”, he (Cuomo) immediately dismissed that notion saying “when somebody’s a survivor of a violent attack and they believe that they’re not being respected, there’s gonna be upset.”
“D Lemon” interrupted, arguing that there’s no right way to protest. He then made a protest comparison with the most peaceful protester in the world Colin Kaepernick!
People are upset because Colin Kaepernick and other players are taking a knee, which is the most docile and benign way of protesting – and respectful way of protesting. So you don’t like that and now you don’t like people who tell you how they feel? I mean C’mon!
So there’s no right way to protest? Give me a break. These anti-Kavanaugh were yelling at Hatch, trying to shame and intimidate him. And goad him, apparently, asking why he isn’t brave enough to listen to their Kavanaugh hate. There’s nothing he could have done or said that would have made them happy because he supports Kavanaugh – because Kavanaugh is innocent!
And don’t get me started on Kaepernick. They called it “respectful”! They don’t even understand why it’s among the MOST DISRESPECTFUL. Geez. What idiots.
But whatever, Hatch telling those cackling chickens to grow up was really “a metaphor of how those women and the women that support them feel that they’re treated at every level of society”, said Coo Coo Cuomo, as they both began mocking Hatch saying he comes off like…
“Enough. Grow up. Let me know when you figure out what matters and doesn’t. Bye Bye.”
“Get on outta here little lady. Get on outta here. Grow up little lady”
That second line was “D Lemon” in his best condescending country accent…
