CNN’s top legal analyst Elie Honig suggested last night that Maine’s Secretary of State Shenna Bellows did not give Trump the due process he deserves when making her decision to take his name off the ballot.
Honig said that Bellows only talked to one fact witness and then “based her ruling on a lot of documents, but also YouTube clips, news reports, things that would never pass the bar in normal court.”

In related news, here’s something interesting about Bellows…
This is Shenna Bellows, the Maine Secretary of State who just removed Trump from the ballot.
