CNN’s Chris Cuomo argues that ‘aspects’ in Antifa are a ‘good cause’

CNN’s Chris Cuomo actually made his equivalent of ‘there are good people on both sides’ when he proclaimed last night that aspects of Antifa are a ‘good cause’:

Cuomo actually says in this clip that you CAN’T morally equivocate between the neo-Nazis and the people who fight against them, referring to Antifa. Wow. Sounds like Cuomo thinks these guys are heroes of sorts, or at the very least a necessary force to fight against neo-Nazis.

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard CNN defending Antifa and it probably won’t be the last.

Could Trump do a better job of speaking out against neo-Nazis? Sure. It was clear from 2016 that Trump had to be pulled kicking and screaming to call out the likes of David Duke, because Trump is opportunistic. He wants votes wherever he can get them, especially in an election year.

But let’s be honest, it was Muslims that killed 3,000 people on 9/11. Making sure that never happens again is something he must do and it’s understandable that he focuses on it more.

  1. Hey Chris – if two rabid dogs are fighting, which one do you put down?

aspects of Antifa are a ‘good cause’

    So name them.

    1. I was hoping he would tell us what those aspects are but he seemed more interested in talking over his guests.

  2. As my friend’s mother would’ve said: Chris, you don’t have the sense God gave a goose.

  3. Little Cuomo claims that Trump condemns Muslims extremists more than right-wing extremists. News to Cuomo, the vast majority of extremism is committed by Islamic extremism or Atheist left-leaning mass shooters. The only “right-wing” attack I know of is Oklahoma City (Timothy McVeigh), yet the left wants to wrongly label every attack as “right-wing”.

    1. The Cuomo bros are becoming more extreme by the day. That is killing babies and defending violent groups like Antifa and the Muslim brotherhood.

  4. Any Progressive that disagrees with Pres. Trump’s statement, “there were very fine people on both sides,” should be asked the following questions: was Heather Heyer, the woman killed by white supremacist James Fields, a bad person? Was she alt-right or Antifa, associated with one of the violent groups at Charlottesville, Virginia?

Refuting both questions is agreement with Pres. Trump’s statement. The problem is Progressives believe, including VP Joseph Biden, that Antifa are fine people, not a domestic terror group. During our Nation’s Jim Crow period, Democrats offered both moral and material support to another domestic terror group, the Klu Klux Klan. Today Democrats have simply “switched horses,” offering moral and material support to a new domestic terror group, Antifa. Some things never change about leftist Democrats.

Back in 1977, the ACLU successfully defended the National Socialist Party of America’s (NSPA’s) right to march in Skokie, Illinois, a Jewish community, some residents actually being former inmates of Nazi concentration camps. Permit in hand, the police protected their right to march. If one believes in the 1st Amendment, it was the correct decision. Nearly forty years later, it would have been the correct decision to defend those alt-right rat-bastards’ right to march in Charlottesville; the alt-right had a permit, Antifa did not. Our exquisite social contract depends on vigilantism being rejected. Having stated that, I wholeheartedly support the doxing of these loathsome individuals.

Finally, being a member of a Civil War Round Table (CWRT), I prefer the confederate monuments stay in their original locations intact. In the same way, the Germans should maintain the Nazi concentration camps, permanent monuments to man’s inhumanity to man. On the other hand, no African American child should be compelled to attend a school named after a Confederate. That is simply asking too much, so those names should definitely be changed. Could one imagine compelling a Jew to attend a school named Auschwitz High? No.

–A conservative American who happens to be black.

  7. Now imagine anyone from FoxNews saying the reverse of that: the alt-right fight to stop Antifa, so they’re not all bad.

They’d be fired within the hour
