CNN’s Dana Bash outed herself this morning after the Supreme Court ruled unanimously that states do not have the authority to take federal candidates off the ballot via section three of the 14th amendment.
In her expert analysis, Bash said the Supreme Court was right that the framers wanted Congress to have this authority. But despite this being accurate, she said it’s ‘unfortunate for America’.

Good grief. Bash sounds like she’s about to cry when she says “unfortunately for America”.
