Mitch McConnell mocked Pelosi this morning for claiming to reporters that marijuana is related to the coronavirus relief bill because it’s a therapy or something:

In the video Pelosi said “Well I don’t agree with you that cannabis is not related to this. This is a therapy that has proven successful.”
Mcconnell mocked Pelosi’s response saying “Speaker Pelosi is still holding up this entire package over bizarre unrelated things like carveouts for the marijuana industry. She even claimed to the press that pot is a proven COVID-19 therapy! I hope she’s shared this breakthrough with Dr. Fauci. Can we get serious yet?”

Maybe I missed it, but where were all the media shows mocking Pelosi for saying such a thing and using it as an excuse to hold up the relief bill? Whether you agree with the merits of the bill or not, the double standard here is glaring. If any Republican, especially McConnell, had made such a dubious claim, the mocking would be all over the news media. But Pelosi is untouchable because she’s their gal…
