Predictably, President Obama was just a tad tardy for his scheduled remarks today. After keeping reporters waiting for over a full hour, he finally came out to the briefing room and spoke for what seemed like no more than five minutes. He said nothing newsworthy or substantive, and took no questions. It was an utter waste of everybody’s time.
And just like that, he was off to Hawaii. Here’s hoping he stays out there for a while.
