Yesterday Colorado’s leftist governor, Jared Polis, signed horrible pro-abortion law that allows for abortion all the way to the point of birth.
According to Fox News, the bill creates a fundamental right to abortion for women while denying all rights to babies in the womb.
Polis said the new law “codifies a person’s fundamental right to make reproductive health-care decisions free from government interference”, referencing potential future decisions of the Supreme Court.
But the law denies those same rights to an unborn baby, saying that “A fertilized egg, embryo, or fetus does not have independent or derivative rights under the laws of this state”.
And this is all the way up to the point of birth, meaning they will allow women to murder their babies when they are just hours or even minutes from being born. I can’t think of a more evil and heinous law than one that allows such barbarism.
