Colorado Republican Party threatens to switch to caucus system if Trump ruling allowed to stand

The Colorado Republican Party is threatening to switch to a caucus system for the primary if the ruling disqualifying Trump from being on the ballot is allowed to stand.

They said as much in a tweet overnight:

The deadline to print primary ballots is on January 5th, a day after the initial stay on the court ruling expires. Hopefully the Supreme Court will intervene before then and make the stay permanent. The primary is set to take place on June 25, 2024.
