Congressman accuses US ambassador to Israel of having a ‘Foreign Allegiance’ for supporting denial of Omar, Tlaib into Israel

Congressman Ted Lieu was spewing anti-Semitism on CNN today without getting any pushback from CNN host Wolf Blitzer.

Watch:

Our ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, is an orthodox Jew and here Ted Lieu is accusing him of being loyal to Israel over America, all because he supports Israel’s decision to bar Omar and Tlaib from entering the country. So I guess that means Trump has a foreign allegiance too! Geez.

Derek Hunter said this about it: “Wow, @tedlieu dropping the old anti-Semitic trope about Jews having “dual loyalties” all over @CNN today. This is something you’d expect to hear in Germany in 1939, not from yet another elected Democrat. Time to #ResignTed”

Lieu is being doubly dishonest here. First of all, Israel had very substantive reasons for why they barred the entry of these two Muslim congresswomen and he completely ignores that. He also pretends that Tlaib was just trying to visit her grandmother, making Israel sounds monstrous for keeping her away from her family.

Netanyahu actually said today that if Tlaib wanted to visit her family without all the anti-Israel rabble-rousing, they would allow her to do that:
