An SUV went on a ramming rampage last Friday in Houston, Texas and it’s unreal. The driver, 33-year-old Robert Lee Scott, hit multiple cars intentionally, including a police car. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like it.

Scott has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault of a public servant.
